  • Born in Japan, Minoru Seino learned French cuisine in Lyon and then trained under renowned chefs, including Bernard Loiseau and Bruneau. After working as a head chef in various establishments, he opened his own restaurant in 2015 in the Châtelain district of Brussels, before relocating to Uccle in 2025.
